No one really knows when baby will come, so I encourage Mommas to book their Maternity Session up to 34 weeks pregnant so you have time in your pregnancy for that "just in case," peace of mind. Most clients choose to book their session between 28-34 weeks.

I recommend taking Newborn portraits within the first 6 weeks of your precious little one being born. I would keep in mind that babies are most sleepy from birth to 2 weeks old. I encourage reaching out to schedule your Newborn session as soon as you find out you're expecting so I can ensure your session is scheduled within your desired timeframe.  

The Milestone Collection is a membership that documents your little one's biggest milestones in his or her first year starting with your baby bump! Sessions include a Maternity Session, a Newborn Session, a Sitting Up Session, and Baby's First Birthday Session. This membership perfectly captures every milestone.

Honestly anytime you want portraits is a good time to have them taken! In regards to outdoor sessions I am partial to the spring and fall. Spring is beautiful with flowers, especially here in Austin! And fall is perfect for sessions with cooler weather and rich colors.

Pregnancy and postpartum can bring ebbs and flows to how you feel. I recommend wearing an outfit that you feel most beautiful in. That being said, most of my clients choose to borrow a dress from my Client Closet. Once Momma's outfit has been selected then I would coordinate everyone else's. Light neutral colors and soft fabrics photograph the most timelessly. Wardrobe assistance is included with all of my sessions. 

Within 4 weeks of your session your photographs will be ready via an online gallery. If you choose to purchase any artwork, once it is selected and your order is placed you can expect to receive your heirloom quality artwork within 10 weeks.
